Suites, lobby and reception

The Glen Hotel dates back to 1865 as a stop on the Cobb & Co route and is just as important today as a focal point for food, drink and accommodation.

Rohrig constructed the new 4.5-star suites and reception, designed by Blueprint Architects, creating an attractive new complex just metres from the original Glen Hotel.

We were able to add value with a full-size room mock-up to test the layout and with a review of the design documentation to give the client a comprehensive understanding of the trade-offs between up-front cost and long-term durability and value.
