New ‘Big box’ retail supercentre

This Rohrig project gave Dan Murphy’s a major new outlet in the busy Gold Coast suburb. The super-size store was constructed on a site that previously had open-paddock car-parking adjacent to the South Tweed Tavern.

The competitively tendered construction included all internal facilities, a new carpark and streetscaping.
