This extension to St Pauls included 48 independent living units, together with the utilities and road infrastructure to support them.

There were also significant earthworks involved, which revealed challenging ground conditions. We managed to mitigate these conditions in a way that saved major costs.

Well-managed coordination of the complex civil infrastructure and construction works ensured the project progressed to the agreed schedule and was completed in time for new residents.
