Creation of multi-use development

This commercial mixed-use development created space for multiple businesses in the heart of the Burrows Road, Alexandria, commercial/industrial precinct. Rohrig partnered with Little Learning School to design, construct and fit out their child care centre over two levels at the front of the development. The remaining spaces include high-clearance industrial units with mezzanine offices and carparks.

Rohrig’s involvement in the design stage allowed the client to achieve peak value and avoid expensive pitfalls. Detailed cost-engineering identified many ways to achieve better value without compromising the intent of the design.
