Creation of multi-use development

This 3-storey, mixed-used building created space for multiple businesses in the heart of the Parraweena Road commercial/industrial precinct. Rohrig partnered with Oz Education Early Learning Centre to design, construct and fit out their child care centre on the top floor. The building also includes a gym, coffee shop and full basement car park.

Rohrig’s involvement in the design stage helped achieve maximum value from the space, a cost-effective build and smooth experience without unforeseen expenses.

The project called for extensive planning for site access as the building was very close to neighbouring buildings and restricted by main road traffic.
